In the rare event of a fault with the bike, get in touch and let us know so we can help to sort it out for you. If, however, the bike just isn’t right for you, then feel free to send it back to us for a full refund.

Please make sure to take good care when opening the packaging of your bike, in order not to damage the bike, plus also be careful during your test ride. Unwanted items can be returned up to 14 days following delivery, we will be unable to issue full refunds for damaged bikes and we ask to keep the original packaging for sending the bikes back. All bikes are quality assured checked before despatching to our customers. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full information about our returns policy.
