Avaris eBikes are all delivered free of charge to our customers and will be dispatched using Parcel Force. Lead time for delivery on orders is 7-10 days.
Upon it’s dispatch a text message will be sent with the delivery slot, tracking details and options to amend this slot.
Tracking can then also be done via the Parcel Force website https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace
